Question: How can I contact you?

Answer: To contact us please send an email to info@shopvividstyles.com with any questions you may have. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response from our customer service team.

 

Question: Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Right now we are only shipping domestically. However, we are working on shipping internationally. Be sure to subscribe to know when we make start offering international shipping!

 

Question: How can I return my item?

Answer: Click on the "Returns" tab at the bottom of the page to read the policy and see if you're eligible for a return. If you have any questions please email us at info@shopvividstyles.com

 

Question: I haven't received my order, what do I need to do?

Answer: I'm sorry you haven't received your order. Please send us an email at info@shopvividstyles.com with "Missing Order" as the subject. In the email please add your order # as well. We will work efficiently to solve this issue.

 

Question: How do I cancel my order?

Answer: Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled after being placed/processed. If you need to change a color/size please email us at info@shopvividstyles.com and we will try our best to meet your needs. 

 

Question: I ordered the wrong items. What do I do?

Answer: If you ordered the incorrect items please email us at info@shopvividstyles.com and we will try to fix it. If the package has already been shipped you can start the return process once it is in your possession. Please read the "Returns" tab at the bottom for information to return. 

 

Question: An item I want is out if stock. What can I do?

Answer: OMG Girl! That's terrible! If you want information on restocks, sign up to receive our newsletters. Also follow us Facebook and Instagram @shopvividstyles, as we will post out restocks on there as well!

 

Question: Can I get a refund?

Answer: We do not offer refunds, but if you are eligible for a return you can receive store credit. Please refer to the "Returns" tab for more information. 

 

Question: I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Answer: I apologize that you received the wrong item! Please email info@shopvividstyles.com with your order #, what you received and what you are missing. We will work diligently to correct our mistake.
